Compassion

Be tender with yourself, be tender.  And in that tenderness the gates to our hearts may open. Imagine them standing wide open. Compassion helps them to melt. Melt away all that pain and all that suffering.

I am sorry for the harm that was cast upon you; the hardship, the agony, the injustice, the pain. The mud on your bright beautiful petal which was so colorful in the radiant sun. I am sorry for the darkness which came your way. You do not deserve it. You do not need it. It is not you. You are a beautiful gem who will once again shine. I have heard your cries and I am here. Compassion is here. Compassion has always been a part of you. You can go on living, and you will be, only, all the more beautiful.
